What this set includes.
Create your own legendary P Bass using accurate drawings taken from a real 1962 Precision Bass. This 5-piece, 12 mm MDF set includes a body template for the profile, pickups, electronics and relevant hole geometry, including the period router hump under the neck. It also includes a neck-pocket template with a routed channel for marking the back contour, a two-piece neck template with 1.625 in (41.275 mm) nut width, 1st/12th-fret neck-profile templates and a pickguard template. Centre lines, nut and fret locations, front arm-cut and rear tummy-cut positions are marked. Reference holes use a 1/8 in end mill; use a 3 mm transfer punch.
