Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information and tracking details where tracking is available.
Australian Shipping
Australian orders are shipped using the shipping options displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the products ordered, shipment weight and the delivery service selected.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal service.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout based on your delivery country, order value and shipment weight.
International delivery times are estimates only. Customs processing and local postal or courier services may sometimes cause delays outside our control.
Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
For international destinations other than where checkout specifically states otherwise, the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, brokerage or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or normal shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout.
United States Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, the shipping option displayed at checkout may include an allowance for estimated import duties and associated import costs in addition to postage.
Where import costs have been collected as part of the checkout shipping charge, Fletcher Handcrafted Guitars will arrange payment of the applicable import charges associated with the shipment.
If an unusual or additional charge arises that was not included or reasonably anticipated at checkout, we will contact you where necessary.
Customs Information
International shipments may require customs declarations describing the goods, their value and country of origin.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Customs authorities or delivery providers may contact the recipient directly if additional information is required for clearance.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed for shipment.
Payment transactions are handled through the payment provider selected at checkout. Fletcher Handcrafted Guitars does not normally receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.
Shipping Address

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if the order has not already been dispatched.
